These terms are between you and Harshit Krishna Choudhary (sole proprietor, trading as h1902y) ("we"). Woozi, at woozi.app, is a product of h1902y. By using Woozi or buying access you accept them.
1. The service
Woozi offers SAT math multiple-choice questions, each with four choices and slides. Checkout is in test mode today, so no real charge is made. The parts on payment apply to real payments, once they open.
Woozi has no connection with the College Board. We make no promise that using Woozi will change a test score.
2. Age
You must be 18 or older to buy access and accept these terms yourself. In a few US states the age of majority is 19 or 21; there, the same applies until you reach it.
If you are younger than that, a parent or guardian must buy access for you and agree to these terms, and they stay responsible for your use of Woozi. The same goes for free samples: ask a parent or guardian to agree before you use them.
The payment page asks: "Are you 18 or older? If not, ask your parent or guardian to pay." We rely on the buyer's answer: we do not verify anyone's age, or that someone is a parent or guardian.
Woozi is not for children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 has an account, we will close it, erase its data and refund any payment.
3. Your account
You sign in with an email address and a code we send to it. Keep access to that email to yourself. An account is for one person. A parent or guardian may pay for a learner's account.
4. Payment and access
- One payment buys 30 days of access to one track, such as SAT Math: every reviewed question in that track. The price is on the Pricing page.
- Access starts when our payment provider confirms the payment, and ends 30 days later.
- It does not renew automatically. We never charge you again unless you choose to buy again.
- When access ends, new questions lock. Your history and the slides of questions you have answered stay readable.
- Payments are handled by our payment provider, on its own terms. We do not see or store card details.
5. Refunds
Refunds follow the Refund and Cancellation policy.
6. Fair use
The questions, slides and site belong to us or our licensors. Use them for your own learning. Do not copy, resell or publish them, share your account, scrape the service, or try to get around access limits or security. Nothing here stops you from sharing an honest review of Woozi.
7. Mistakes and changes
We review content, but a question or slide can still contain an error: tell us and we will look at it. We may add, change or remove questions. If we change something you have paid for in a way that takes away most of its value, you can ask for a refund for the unused days.
8. Availability
We aim to keep Woozi running but do not promise it will always be available or free of faults.
9. Ending your use
You can stop at any time and ask us to erase your account (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend an account that breaks section 6. If we suspend it without such a breach, we will refund the unused days.
10. Liability
Woozi is a study aid and is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, including exam results or admissions outcomes, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 30 days before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited. Some US states do not allow some of these limits, so they may not apply to you.
11. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms we will update this page and its date. A change does not affect access you have already paid for, unless the law requires it.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Disputes go to the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, which have exclusive jurisdiction. Please write to the grievance officer first.
